Difficult site conditions called for a creative design solution on this elderly condominium project. To make this project feasible and get the maximum use out of the site with one access driveway, the design resulted in 75 tightly clustered units and cul-de-sac at the rear of the site. This cluster design provides a standard pattern to simplify and systemize construction. Unit designs offer open plan one and two bedroom units, with three units designed to be accessible by the physically disabled.
