A group of non-profit organizations has hired us to provide master planning services to improve three blocks of a dilapidated neighborhood east of Main Street in Middletown, CT. Design improvements include: the addition of infill housing, rehabilitation of select existing housing, demolition of non-original commercial/warehouse buildings situated inappropriately.
