Myfield Homes calls for the development of 11 additional units of affordable housing on a partially developed site. Two existing units had been constructed by another developer, as well as a fair amount of site work including leaching fields for future development. We have worked with these existing constraints to create a harmonious and sympathetic residential neighborhood within this bucolic rural setting. The design takes advantage of southerly exposure and stunning views from the rear of the buildings.
