This project involves a substantial renovation and conversion of the former Lyric Theater into a community center and the Park Street branch of the Hartford Public Library. Park Street is the City of Hartford's most vibrant active commercial street. It is lined with 3 and 4 story urban masonry buildings which will be renovated to provide ground floor retail and housing above. New infill buildings will be constructed to fill gaps in the streetscape.
