This project involves designing a new senior housing project on an 18 acre site in Bloomfield, CT. Up to four unit types will be designed to create a variety within the project. Buildings will be 1-1 1/2 story, designed to have the most living space on the first floor with an option for a second floor bedroom and bathroom.
