The development of this 1.25 acre parcel, is part of a larger Urban Revitalization. The decision was made to provide a major renovation to the existing three-story historic building, while constructing new tonwhousees and a new mid-rise building at the center of the site. The density of the units is consistent with the needs of the developer, while maintaining the charcter of the existing residential fabric.
