Information:

We worked with the Connecticut Historical Commission to complete plans and specifications for the stabilization of the masonry iron furnace structure built at the beginning of the 19th century. Aside from documenting the existing structure, reviewing old photographs and etchings depicting its original conditions, researching iron furnace construction and planning for the stabilization/renovation; we also developed solutions to the problem of accessibility by the physically handicapped.
