20 Belden Street is a two-story single-family home built around 1879. The house was rehabilitated using State Historic Tax Credits. All significant architectural features were restored or re-built, and modest changes were made to the floor plan to accommodate the lifestyle of residents today. Mechanical and life-safety systems were all brought up to the current building code.
