Inspired by the traditional character of the town, the combination of architectural shapes and siding textures—cedar clapboards on the first floor level and shingles above—help to reduce the building’s visual mass. The upper windows in the turret serve as clerestory windows in a second floor conference room; an eyebrow dormer and a mix of other window styles provide additional visual interest. The building will be occupied by a single tenant.
