This project is a mixed-use building that incorporates historic characteristics, blending seamlessly with the existing architecture in the ninth square. Due to the shape of the site, the building is relatively narrow, with substantial frontage on Chapel Street. This gives the project more visibility and clearly identifies the retail as a desirable destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. The residential units on the upper eight floors are a mixture of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
