Directions:

A dialog box will pop up to enter your username and password. If you do not already have one, please call our office. Once logged in there will be a list of directories, and at the top it says “To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer". Do this, but your browser may call it View instead of Page. Then you should be able to see all of the folders. Go into the appropriate folder and you can copy the items you need onto your own computer. Do not try to use the files directly from the FTP site because they will be very slow.

Troubleshooting:

•   If you are having problems accessing the FTP site, try using a different browser (IE7 or IE8, Firefox, or Chrome). In our experience, Safari does not always allow access.

•   Make sure you are accessing the site from our webpage at www.crosskey.com. You may have difficulty if you are going through a different FTP program.

•   If the files you expect are not showing up in the folder, press F5 and the screen should do a full refresh (unlike "Refresh" after right clicking).

•   Do not try to use or print the files directly from the FTP site; your computer will slow down significantly.

•   Make sure you are using the correct case for both the username and password; both are case sensitive.
